Wholefoods to Stock Up on from an Ayurvedic Perspective
One thing for certain in life is the unknown which has never been more magnified than now in 2020.
And that’s ok for me when I know there are lots of things I can ‘do’, and ways I can ‘be’ to feel more relaxed, robust and ready….and hopefully that means greater RESILIENCE for anything coming right?!
Starting off with some practical actions….
I’ve decided to gently acquire more food items and basically stock up a little on the essentials that allows me to keep my family eating a variety of healthy foods, should ‘shit hit the fan’ and access to grocery items become difficult.
Therefore, no need to rush or panic, to feel lack or worry…. can keep feeling positive and resilient. ☺
Here’s my list, based on how I cook ayurvedically. What would you stock up on for an emergency supply?
