Parsley the Protector

I Love Parsley.

Not just because it’s the dependable fresh herb ALWAYS ABUNDANT in the garden all year round (big ups!) but because it’s one of the most nutrient-dense foods eaten freshly and it helps chelate (draw out) heavy metals from the body! Yep, ordinary ole parsley gives so much more than you’d imagine.

Actually, I believe I owe a lot to parsley for KEEPING my IMMUNE SYSTEM & OVERALL HEALTH SO ROBUST through some of the most intense and stressful times of my life… adding copious amounts of the organic green goodness to virtually every savoury dish I consume. It’s often my humble ‘bouquet’ for friends.

And based on the recent research we’d all do well to make it a regular staple throughout the whole year. It’s possibly the easiest of foods or herbs to grow being suited to many different climates.
