Cooling Rose Water for Skin & Eye Care

Rose water is the perfect antedote to cooling & soothe the skin on hot days or for agitated skin conditions

Teenagers and pre-menopausal women alike….try this simple spritz to cool down.

The heat in a Pitta dominated body-mind constitution means they become overheated (& irritated!) easily during summer, prone to skin irritations, as the body tries to expel toxins through the skin pores and excess Pitta often leads to eye issues of some kind.

However, rose essential oil or rose water is a wonderfully soothing remedy for any of us feeling tired, sluggish, anxious, stressed, hot or irritated.

SOME IDEAS HOW TO USE A ROSE WATER SPRAY:

  • Sluggish mornings: Spray over the face & neck for a beautifully scented wake-up!

  • Working on computers & phones: Keep a bottle on your desk at work: spray to refresh eyes & mind throughout the day

  • Post sun: A few sprays are incredibly soothing after too much sun 🌞

  • Sunburn: I love to spritz my kids after the beach and oops, sunburn!

  • Travel - Keep in your handbag when driving long distances or flying. Perfect quick refresher & wake-up en route and on landing.

    Organic Rose Water for Eye Care

Rose water is a fanstastic remedy for SORE, STRAINED, IRRITATED OR DRY EYES, so common now with our dependence on technology for work, entertainment and even downtime. The radiation is very drying for the skin.

Directions

Apply 2-4 drops of organic rose water to the corner of each eye with a dropper. Do this DAILY whilst symptoms persist.

You can do this a few times a day if the eyes are very irritated.

NOTE: Rose water must be 100% pure and organic, check labels that nothing else is added.
