Ingredients
3 Medjool dates
1.5 Tbsp Cacao powder
5 Cashews
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder (or more !)
1 tsp Ashwagandha Root powder (optional)
Directions
Blend all these together with 1.5 cups hot water for up to 60 seconds & voilá ! Yum.
