Firstly we identify toxins congesting the cells and blocking channels, inhibiting healing, strong immunity and best health. The presence of toxins can manifest in the body in the following ways:

A 90-minute session to discover your ‘dosha’ constitution and your areas of imbalance and to develop a comprehensive, personalized treatment plan with diet, lifestyle & herbal recommendations.

During our discussion, together we tease out the root causes to your symptoms whilst I endeavour to educate and offer insights about your body and mind constitution and the process to experiencing more health and harmony.

Following the assessment I provide you with your tailored holistic plan for self-care and healing using daily practices and a range of tools, a nutritive wholefood diet, a traditional detox formulation, specialised herbs and how to integrate them into your daily life.

The length of time and frequency of sessions for your health program depends on your current state of health. Clients are generally advised to come for a follow-up consultation after a month of taking prescribed herbs. 

Ongoing support is offered to continue understanding and working with your constitution and healing conditions from a holistic point of view. My intention is that you become empowered, motivated and self-sufficient to keep going on your own.

As you gain more knowledge and confidence, we’ll meet less frequently as you take time to establish these new habits with easy and reap the rewards of an upgraded lifestyle! In normal circumstances, 3 to 4 visits are all that are required to achieve the goal of a healthy & well balanced life.
