Almond Date ‘Ojas’ Balls
Build your ‘Ojas’ with these beauties.
Dates provide a rich sources of selenium, copper, potassium, magnesium, iron and protein
Almonds have a calming effect on the mind and nourish the whole nervous system
Ingredients
1 cup Almonds
1 cup Dates, or 8 medjool dates
1 cup Coconut, shredded or desiccated
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
1 Tab Ghee or coconut oil, melted
Optional extras: 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 1/2 tsp ginger powder
Directions
Blitz together and make into the size you like best. You may like to roll them in shredded or desiccated coconut.
Enjoy these for a mid afternoon pick-me-up.
